Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. We are working on making COD available for you in the near future.
How long will it take to get my order?
We usually ship orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
How does the delivery process work?
Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s status via email.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Modifications are not possible once an order is confirmed. However, you can cancel it before it is shipped.

Meenkala is an online-only boutique. This allows us to focus on hand-picking unique designs and high-quality fabrics at the best possible prices.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Chart on the product page. We recommend measuring a kurti you already own to find the best match.
